As you might know, clothing manufacturers don't all come together and decide on how many inches is a size 16, making it harder for people to find the perfect fit without trying on dozens on pieces.
Here, we base our sizing off a single chart and measure out items. Above, you will find the Pennington's sizing chart curtesy of Reitman's group.
This is the chart I am most familiar with because I worked with this company for a bit and found the sizes were most accurate across brands and the most straight forward.
