Shipping and Pick-up

Shipping: We ship our orders via Canada Post, UPS and Purolator and provide all orders with tracking numbers upon dispatch. Once an order leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for that order. 

BONUS: Our packaging is also recycled/recyclable, reused, or repurposed! We are striving for a completely waste-free shopping experience and move closer to our goal every day! Given the increase in online shopping during the pandemic, reusing the packaging helps reduce costs, so more can go to charities, as well as reduce carbon footprints.

Pick-up: There is only one pick-up option at checkout. Your preferred pick-up location will be confirmed via email upon receiving your order. Local pickup is offered on the island of Montreal. Any orders that choose these options that don’t meet the region requirements will be cancelled and invited to reorder.
